Martin Eve

I am currently a doctoral researcher in the English department at the University of Sussex. Starting from a background in theatre and literature, I developed an enduring research interest in the fiction of Thomas Pynchon during my undergraduate studies of Gravity's Rainbow. While continuing to devise experimental theatre, I completed my Masters degree with a dissertation on Pynchon's Against the Day alongside Don DeLillo's Underworld. I am also a certified computer programmer and have held several jobs in this field. I am highly interested in technologico-literary initiatives and have several projects in the founding stages, including a postgraduate e-journal and a performance art documentation system.
