I am a photographer and storyteller looking for the spiritual and magical in the mundane. I work over long periods, returning with a new perspective to go deeper.

My first project, ‘Up Close’, is the effect of many journeys within Mongolia over the course of 3 years.
But perhaps it was never really about this place at all.

With each return, I realised Mongolia was only a pretext. Every journey led me deeper into myself –
a turning inward, a return to the source. All of it pursued with a camera in hand and – as the title suggests – very, very close.

The book of the same title is complete and currently in preparation for publication.

Currently working on my second project in Sonora, Mexico.
